This product is as described in the listing, I am just not sure if ONE inch will make any difference regardless of which brand you choose. It behaves as memory foam should, retains the imprint of your hand, etc. But it is just not dense enough to make much of a difference to whatever surface you’re sleeping on. As this is the first one I have tried, I don’t know whether a more expensive one-inch topper would make any difference.
Furniture Hunting Gear & Accessories * DISK DEGENERATION AND HERNIATION If you are looking for a chair with good lower support, even when you find yourself leaning forward typing, I highly recommend the Ergohuman series. We have used them in our offices for over ten years and had really good success with them. If you have a large budget, the Steelcase Leap chair will likely be the best chair you will find under the $1,000 mark. Even with the pick of the litter, I have found myself in the 100MC for the last 1.5 years and have been very happy. No matter your budget, there is likely a good chair out there to provide the proper support for lower back pain. Hopefully my list has made that search a little easier for you.
There are multiple kinds of office chairs designed to suit different needs. The most basic is the task chair, which typically does not offer lumbar support or a headrest. These chairs generally cannot be sat in for more than a couple hours at a time without becoming uncomfortable, though they often offer more room to move than higher-end chairs.

The tall, weirdly shaped spine is designed to reduce upper back, neck and shoulder tension while still supporting the lower back; that is, this chair is all about improving your posture. On the downside, it’s not nearly as attractive as some of the other options on this list.

Sitting down at a desk all day isn’t natural—but it’s something that many have to do. Unfortunately, staying stationary for long periods of time can negatively impact our health. Seat Cushions Your doctor will first ask you many questions regarding the onset of the pain. (Were you lifting a heavy object and felt an immediate pain? Did the pain come on gradually?) He or she will want to know what makes the pain better or worse. The doctor will ask you questions referring to the red flag symptoms. He or she will ask if you have had the pain before. Your doctor will ask about recent illnesses and associated symptoms such as coughs, fevers, urinary difficulties, or stomach illnesses. In females, the doctor will want to know about vaginal bleeding, cramping, or discharge. Pain from the pelvis, in these cases, is frequently felt in the back.
